Default WTF NOW???? rear end issues...

so Ive had just about everything break on me in the past couple months (bout ready to sell the damn truck), and now my rear end is pretty much screwed. Long story short, I got about a dollar to fix this, so m question to you is, how hard is it to take out the back axle, and put a (used) on in?

Easy for me. It will be difficult for you. Plan at least a weekend.

$400-700 for the axle.

Say you push on either bumper, the truck will roll (I know they are supposed to, but I can roll it about a foot in either direction). Then if you push on the site of the bed you hear an annoying clunking.

Need to look at it closely. The noise from side to side is normal.

Pull the cover off, inspect the gears and spider gears and pin.

Its really easy. Look up on youtube about pulling rear differentials apart.
