Would misalignment cause breaks to rub

Got the truck back, alignment was $40 and it turned out the RF caliper was sticking because the pistons werent properly greased and it caused the pads to wear unevenly. So all fixed and i got that last little bit of lift out of my t-bar crank.

Caliper piston not greased properly? What grease do they use?

Should be a lithium grease or dielectric grease
