Unfortunately theres many people that do things professionally for a living, who are barely competent .
Which is the #1 reason i prefer to do just about everything myself if possible.

For experience to benefit them.....they must learn from it. Many never see the fallout of their shoddy work or mistakes, so they dont learn at all.
