Default Won't Start When Warm

I have a 1999 F-150 (4.6 L) which will not start once the engine warms up; it will not even turn over. However, once the engine cools for a few hours it will start perfectly. If anyone knows the problem it would be extremely helpful.

Is there a click coming from under the hood or under truck when u hitt the key? Had that same problem few months ago sometimes would click sometimes not. Turned out to be a bad starter.

Clean battery terminals with sand paper and also check all wires down at the starter.
