will run you OVER
heat gun it some then use fishing wire or something really thin and pull it off. there are 2 mounting tabs behind it but those are only alignment tabs, not bolted or anything. and its just basically 3M double sided taped on.
you will have 2 holes in the fender but im sure they can be just bondo'd and painted. or theres replacement fender vents like on the raptor you could put in. some trucks it looks really cool, and theyre a part of the fender not just walmart stick ons.

Heat-up the emblem. Easiest way ( if you're in a warm climate ) is to place the truck in the sun. Otherwise, use a hairdryer ( less chance of overheating than with a heatgun ).
A lot of people then use fishing line to slice thru the double-sided tape and then pry-off the emblem.
IMO a more betterer way is after heating-up the emblem to gently pry-up the emblem with ...
*Nylon pry bars - Harbor Freight part # 95214.
By placing a towel/rag under what will be the fulcrum point of the pry bar, prying-up a little at a time, working along the top / bottom the emblem until the double-sided tape bond gives-way.
Any residue double-sided tape left on the fender can be removed with ( say ) mineral spirts. *Be sure to wax/polish the area -AFTER-.
