Default Wiring through the firewall

Hey guys, I couldn't find a thread on this so I'm starting this one. I've been planning on getting some kc lights and I think I have everything down other than where to go through the firewall I was wondering where y'all have gone through. Thanks

A little trick I learned for running through grommets. I use a 3/16 brake line short piece, a foot to foot and half. Angle cut one end so it is sharp but still open down the middle. Find which grommet your going through. Punch through with the brake line and the feed your wire down the middle of the hose. Once you can see both ends pull the brake line back out. This works really well when your working blind on one side, or have limited access. Bigger gauge wire will need a bigger steel hose.

Hey guys thanks for all the help! I just found the grommet above the gas pedal. There was a piece of foam or insulation over it. Should be real easy to punch through! And thanks for the brake line idea! That should make things real easy!

All f150s should have a rubber geometry above the gas pedal
