Wiring issue
I have a 99 f150
The radio stays on all time with or without keys and if I turn on my headlights with the key on it kicks in the starter would anyone know where to start looking for the short I have

sounds like the GEM has been wet. Get the windshield resealed and replace the GEM. That's the common problem with electrical stuff on these trucks.
