Default Chirp/Squeak

After pouring through endless noise threads, I am at a loss. The other day I noticed a squeak/chirp that got louder the higher the rpm got. At first I thought maybe a belt noise, but belt is brand new and tensioner is tight. Anyone else run into this? I am thinking about just getting all new pulleys anyway as i'll be doing an e-fan conversion and some other odds and ends soon. Thanks for reading!

it's the belt...trust me.. take a wire brush to the under side of the belt while it's chirping and see if it stops...pulleys were not clean prior to replacing the belt ...you probably sprayed something on the pulleys too...

you may have a fluid leak dripping onto the pulley or belt...like coolant...cheap belts will make noise also...DAYCO Polly cog or Gatorback are 2 better belts...
