A set of Carhart bibs and a couple blankets. Every once in a while I have snacks just in case when the weather is supposed to get bad. I also have an ice scraper with brush, a small shovel and some kitty litter.

I keep a mini snow shovel bungeed in the bed, an old one piece snow suit in case of bad weather surprises and even a nice low profile Amber strobe light on my passenger sun visor that's great if I need to drive home in real bad weather! It's a great compliment to running the four way flashers when it's blowing snow and whiteouts. Got it on eBay a few years ago quite cheap and have used it lots in winter.

Glad I live in the south. I've never seen more than a couple inches of snow. Certainly not a blizzard.

Hand warmers, snow pants, carhartt work jacket, boots, hat, gloves, snow shoes, telescoping scoop shovel, 4 sand bags, lock deicer, bottle of deicer fluid, snow brush, ice scraper, sno brum, and I move the spare tire into the bed. Some water and energy bars.

Things that are also useful in the winter but are in my truck during the summer too; machete, axe, jumper cables, tactical shovel, space blanket, mini survival kit, first aid kit, washer fluid, flash lights, fire extinguishers, mini air compressor, tow straps, recovery straps, and recovery equipment.

Sand / kitty litter mix, I bought the tool kit to the highlift jack, so I have a bunch of tools with one handle there, ice scraper with the little broom thing on it, de-icer spray, I have 3 blankets (right now just so the puppies don't have to lay on the cold metal when I put the seat down lol). Then it's just the usual tow strap / chains. I would like to get floor liners so I don't get my carpet all muddy (did that last year with just the mats).

Damn she's hot. Ok in addition to the photo of that chick which I've now enshrined on my dash, I also keep the following:

First Aid Kit
Emergency disposable blanket
Recovery strap
Hitch-mounted recovery hook
Jumper cables
Extendable plastic shovel
Quart of motor oil
Snowbrush/scraper
Flashlights
Tire pump
CAA/AAA card (technically I keep that with me)

I plan to add a few more things once I figure out the storage situation. Rear seat storage box is on the list and possibly a swing case for the bed.
