Hey everyone, I have a 98' 4.2L STX and it's time I bite the bullet and replace the motor on the passenger side window. Are there any hints, tips, tricks that will make this job go as smoothly as possible. Also are there any "lessons learned" i.e. things that went wrong and that I should avoid? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I had problems with it before and I read a post to actually bang on it with a small hammer while actuating it. At first I thought, this guy is an idiot, but hell it worked. It's beyond the big bang theory now!!!
