I have a 99 supercab. The drivers window stopped working a few weeks ago. I finally looked at it this past weekend. I figured it was either the switch or motor. I replaced both and also the relay in the fuse box and still nothing. I can hear the relay clicking but thats it. It's weird that the drivers relay clicks somewhat loudly but the passenger side doesn't hardly make a sound.
There isnt much to a window system as far as I know. What else could it be? Any ideas?

You swapped parts, but did you check and see if you are getting power at the motor harness? Ground?
