I think it would look pretty sweet with the bumper painted black and fender flairs black then plastidip your rims too. I'm not a fan of roll pans. Either way it would look prett good

That'd look real clean whited out, I'd take the bull bar off if I went with the roll pan though, to keep up that clean look. I'd also get a hidden hitch in case you ever need to tow.

Definitely don't make it a black bumper work truck special. With grody plastidipped wheels

You could get an 08+ Superduty bumper, and tail lights. That'd really make the rear end look good

IMO i think that making the whole bumper (all 3 sections) white might look chessy maybe, i think the top section of the bumper white would be awesome. I think an aftermarket Heay duty bumper in white would be better.
But then it will not match the smoothness of the roll pan.

The reason i say cheesy is probably influenced by the early sport editions that had the bumpers in body color but the middle sections seemed to rust fairly quickly.

The middle would stay chrome the charcoal top that matches the charcoal fenders would all be white and the lower plastic part or i might just leave the charcoal parts and paint just the lower valance

I say this look is the cleanest imo. Also remove the door molding, and get 08 sd lights.
