Default WHEELSSSSS... need help

i am going to buy a set of dc 1 wheels (dick cepek) black chrome for my truck and i am looking for the wheels to stick off a bit, the specs say that they have a 4 inch back spacing and -11 offset. will they stick out and roughly how much?? does anyone have pics of these on 97-04 f150? would help me out big time.

thanks Mitch

hello....
16x8 4inch BS and -11 offset or 16x10 4.5 inch BS and -22 offset, which is the best one for it to stick out

Backspacing is the distance from the mounting surface of the wheel to the backside of the wheel lip

So by doin some simple math, the 10 inch wide wheel would stick out about 1.5" ferther than the 8 inch wide wheel

I agree the second one; if the offset is 22mm = .87inches from the hub surface to the center of the wheel, You have 2 more inches sticking out with the 16x10's

Dude listen to what I said to you, you're right that less backspacing means they will "stick out further". But since you are comparing wheels of different widths, the backspacing number isn't comparable unless you do the math. The 2" wider wheels with .5" more backspace will stick out 1.5" more than the 8" wheel specs you mentioned. (Roughly)
