I'm looking to get 17' inch wheels to replace my chrome ones(Which are 17') and am not really familiar with what specs of wheels I need(Backspace etc). Tires are 265/70r18 and truck is 1997 f150 ext. cab 4x4. Wheels that I am looking at have a backspace of 4.25. Thanks in advance.

I went with xd spy 17 x 9 with a 4.53" backspacing which equates to a -12 offset with 315/70/17 bfg at ko's. Just shipped the wheels but supposed to come out even with my fender flares. Same truck as yours. If you want to wait about a week I will email you pics. Getting painted too so I am excited as hell.

Does anyone have a pic of a wheels/tires with a -19 offset on a 97-03 f150? They look right on other trucks.

Here's mine, Pacer 164P 16x10 4.25" back spacing and -32 offset with 285/75R16 Dick Cepek Mud Country. Not the -19, but it is the 4.25" back spacing
