Question Wheel adapters?

I got a really good deal on one rims and tires but the lug pattern is 6x5.5 so I was thinking about getting some of these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-WHEEL-SPACERS-ADAPTERS-6x5-5-to-5x135-2-THICK-6-LUG-to-5-LUG-/271206220114?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3f25268152&vxp=mtr
Does anyone have any input on these?

Also what would I have to do to make 285/75 fit on a fx4?

Those adapters are going the wrong way. Those are for a 6 lug truck to a 5 lug rim. You need the other way around.

I'm curious about these as well. There's so many good deals on raptor take offs with barely driven on 35" bfg's.

Are our trucks hub centric or lug centric?

Raptor wheel aren't 6 x 5.5. They are 6x135. The 6x5.5 are for the Chev/Toyota's. They don't fit the Ford wheels.

The rim are from a Toyota Tacoma. So 5x5.5 would work. I never said I was getting raptor wheels.

You are right, but TY mentioned that there were so many Raptor takeoff out there, I didn't want anyone to buy 5.5, when they needed 135mm.

Buying my son an 07 F150 CC 4x4. The truck has a brand new set of toyo open countrys (35"). The do have the piece installed on top of the strut which looks like a 2.5" and a blocks on the rear axle. Drives great actaully and brakes are very smooth.
The only thing is when you put it in reverse once you get to a point in your turn they rub on the bar on the inside (looks like stabilizer bar). This is on the back side of the front drive line.
Any ideas.. Some say a spacer, which is kind of scary because you cannot screw your lug nut all the way down.. 3/8" spacer, you would loose almost a half inch of thread in your lug nut.
Will adapter move it out enough to stop the rubbing?
