Ok so here is the deal... When i start my truck it will start fine but idles up and down for about 20 to 30 seconds right after i started it until it levels it self back out in rpms... When it does it it goes from about 600 rpms to 1200 rpms just up and down.... I'm not sure what to do or even look for or how to get to the bottom of it.. It will also do it if i just tap the throttle in gear but not all the time. For example i was backing up my driveway, romped on it just a tap (to make a little noise) and it did it.... But then it goes back to normal.. Any help???? Im stumped.

^above stuff or clean MAF. If all that is good start checking for a small vacuum leak.
