Was just looking thru craigslist and came across this f150. First thing I noticed was the tails. Are they modified stock lights or aftermarket. Does anybody have them and if you do can you please post a picture of them?



I also think the dealer uploaded the pictures thru Instagram because the colors seem odd to me so it could also be that messing with the colors of the tail lights.

 

You use to be able to buy those on eBay. They are aftermarket but illegal in a lot of states cause they lack the red reflector dot requires

 

That sucks. I've been looking for a legal replacement for my tails and the only one I found that I liked cost $300.

I guess I'm just going to keep mine. Even tho the ones on the blue truck would look great on my truck.

 

I have my eyes watching these to replace the ones I have now some time soon (my current ones have a piece missing/crack).

haha Yeah, I like the ones I have but after the left one cracked during a tailgate incident (tried removing the tailgate, left rubber piece was so destroyed and deformed that it wouldn't come out... friend used 2x4 as leverage... bam) and the right one is missing a piece from God knows where, I tried to find them again and couldn't... then I found the ones I "want". :P
