Ok I am looking at new nerf/step bars for the truck, and I can't decide on what type. I have narrowed the selections to these two. So now I need some opinions....let me know what you think.

I would say it is a toss up from my point of view... I had the regular nurf bars on my 01 extended cab... They were rock solid when you used them, but they rusted from the inside - out... And rather quickly!!!

i personaly think the second ones look allot nicer how much are you going to pay for them?

I too had the reg nerf bars before and has a ton of rust issues......I am leaning towards the second as well, but its hard for me to choose becasue I havn't/couldn't find any pics of an 01 screw with the second set....so if anyone knows of one....get me an addy or a name and I will check them out!

 

Like most here, I think second one looks better also.

 

I like the second set...but just ordered N-Fab with the "drop down" steps, wheel to wheel with the extra step at the rear for bed access. Kinda pricey, though, but N-Fab makes bulletproof stuff IMO.

... am I the only one who doesn't really like the nFab bars? Nothing to say to each their own, they're just not the look I prefer from my 150.
