Default What is this part?

I have a 97 F150 and found this piece in my yard today where my dogs had been chewing on it. It is some kind of rubber plug/seal. I am wanting to put it back where it goes if I can figure that out. Part number is N803495. Can't find any info on it from Google. Thanks in advance for any help.

Look around the doors, and on the rockers. It's a drain plug from somewhere. But I think you already know that.

Looks like one of those covers you take out of the underside cab to install nerf bars, or steps. Crawl under the truck (under the doors) and see if you have a couple open holes. There will be a couple circles, and a couple like that.
