Default What is this PART!!!!

hey everyone i have a 2000 f150 and noticed today that this part was rusted out under neath my truck, its located under the rear of the truck and bolted as a cross chassis brace with two black plastic boxes mounted to it. does anyone know what its called so i can order a new part? i attached a couple pics of one i found on a 97. Please Help!!!

can u explain that to me a little? the metal bracket just bolts on.

yes... what the evap does so i can ask a local parts store what bracket i am looking for...

It captures fuel vapors and prevents them from escaping to the atmosphere and then stores the fumes and recycles them to the fuel tank or engine intake for combustion as needed.

Basically it is your recycle bin for fuel fumes

I don't think anyone will sell it. Probably a local picking yard would be the best bet
