It looks to be a SoCal 2WD truck, so I would guess Fabtech. With the blurry picture, the tires look like they could be Nitto Grapplers?

I think the tires are the same here but not the lift. (all these pics are the same truck)

They tired look like 35, maybe 37" toyo open country mt's

I think they are 37's toyo mts with those glass fenders and im thinking 7.5 fabtech with dual front reservoir shock hoop setup.
