I'm sorry if I offend you, but those are really strange lights. The side reflector looks like an old camera flash head. One piece headlights are not good with our Gen 10's. Most guys on here have gone to Lightning clears or black/clear. Lots of writeups on this forum of leaking, weak lighting, etc. Just my opinion of course.

As far as the brand. The headlight should have a number on the back and you can follow that to the mfgr. There are a number from China that it could be also.

Those are the Ebay special spyder lights. Since you are spending good money and need to buy new ones anyways, stay away from those. Light output from those vs just a housing with a stock bulb is horrible.

Just type in "1997-2003 F-150 headlights" to Ebay and you'll find that style. I paid I think $75 for the set I had before I threw them away.

Trash them and go for these. Might be cheaper on other sites, I bought mine many years ago and love them. Pick your favorite halogen high-performance ball and stick them in.

I have to agree with the other comments, and I'd look at replacing the set with the Lightning look-alikes. If you want something more "modern" looking, THESE Depo headlights would be another good option, but they're a bit more pricey.

You can find inexpensive OEM replacement lights on Amazon, but.....

If you want to stay with "flashy" style lights check out XtraLights.com and go with good quality lights.
