Their are three bolts the hold the airbag housin in. For one u have to take love box and pull it all the way out push the tabs on side to let it fall down toward floor an there is a bolt under dash behind glove box under airbag. They other two are on top u got pull out the egg looking piece of the dah it just pulls out. And the other two are under there. Have to stretch neck a little to see em but not too bad. Take those out and disconnect the harness for the air bag and pull it out. It is heavy lol also I disconnected my battery first and let it sit for 15 min before I began to take airbag out to be sure it wouldn't go off. Just a safety precaution. Hope this helps. If need be I can prob get pics if it will help more just let me know.

Well started to mod a bit.-image-2951996250.jpg

This is the egg shape panel I mention

Well started to mod a bit.-image-1593403133.jpg

It just pulls up like so

Well started to mod a bit.-image-319291425.jpg

His is the one and only bolt on top sort of tucked back under dash

Well started to mod a bit.-image-3678096831.jpg

Trying to point to it from top

Well started to mod a bit.-image-4231201489.jpg

This is the harness u will have to disconnect it too is tucked under dash a bit

Well started to mod a bit.-image-987567737.jpg

Again point to it form the top

Well started to mod a bit.-image-2131916813.jpg

Openi g glovebox all the way push tabs that are on the sides

Well started to mod a bit.-image-3021549192.jpg

The bolt under dash on the right

Well started to mod a bit.-image-3689537430.jpg

And the bolt well screw I. The left. Thier are two o. The bottom

Well started to mod a bit.-image-246824288.jpg

The screws are on the top side on each side of glove box light.

I hope this helps hard to get the right angle for the pics. After ya take out the thre screws and disconnect harness it should just come on out. I pushed from the back. It does have some weight to it. Lol

Thanks I used krylon fusion it's for plastic. It's held up good against dogs claws on it lol. I just cleaned the plastic really good with dawn and windex and then masked off what I didn't want painted and shot it. Let it dry and shot it again. First coat I did was a light but covered it then the second to cover any spots I missed. I don't have any under dash LEDs YET lol. I wanna replace my gage lights also. A lot of little things I still wanna do. I just do em when I think of it and see em lol and have the money for it.

Just wanna say thanks everyone for the comments on my truck. I've got other projects and mods planned just takes me awhile in between saving the money and all to get er done lol. I appreciated all the good things and the help and comments I get. Also if any question I'll do my best to answer them and help as much as I can. Im not a pro mechanic or detailer or customizer but I do my best and learn as I go. I believe in at least trying to do it myself as long as I know I won't screw it up worse than it is lol. I can say for sure this thread is not near done lol. More to come. Also thanks to all who have and I am sure will help my with my question.

How'd you paint down inside the pocket? And would you suggest me go all black on my panels or two toned? I'm leaving the fur parts of the door gray I'll take a pic
