I don't have to worry about the torsion key I don't have 4x4. Thankyou for the idea. I'll give it some thought. How hard is to do that?

Thanks. I am split 50/50 if I want to or not. Wish I had photo shop to play with to see how it would look.

It's fairly simply. Bought a led light strip from advanced and just took bulb outta dome light wrap the pos an neg wires from led strip around the contact of where some light was. That is gist of it but I will do a bi better how to in a few days.

You're right, I got you were a two wheel drive.. But I'm really not sure at all. It just popped in my head.. I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult

Thanks. I appreciate it. At first I wasnt sure if I would've like it either I had a backup plan if didn't Was goin take bondo fill holes and go that route, but the fake ones didn't look bad. I do however eventually want to get the vents that are functionally where ya cut into the fenders. I've seen some other people with 150s round here that left the emblems on and it does not look good at all. It's a must to take emblems off for the fake vents to look decent on the truck.

Ok it's been a bit but I need some help and opinions. How do y'all think this looks. Ad should I also paint the bumper pad white and lower valance. Maybe someone can photo shop that white as well or maybe give me some other idea. Thanks in advanced.

When i painted my rockers i painted from the chrome down the same paint the. Painted the top bumper pad as you say the same color as the truck. Turned out real good i now have no chrome and a blue and satin black truck with all black rims. Youve inspired me to work on my interior now after going through your whole build. Looks good looks like youve taken it from a std work truck to a everyday truck

If the truck were mine id paint that outter grille shell black or ptm the truck throw a honeycomb grille in there with fogs behind it. Black out the chrome on the front bumper and black out the lower valance. White the bumper pad. And black the chrome rear bumper and gas cap. Thatll solve all your chrome

Thanks and Thanks for the ideas. I wanted my truck to stand out. I may dis too good a job police have stopped my three times last month. Not speeding.

I been thinkin of Plasti-dippin the bumpers as gas door. I've been wanting to do all the things youve mentioned truck is on hold till I get moved to back Ohio in October. Once that happens I can start again. But been thinking of paint. Inner grill white on sides with the stripe goin done to make it stand out more. It's a cheap this an if I don't like it I can alway paint it again. I really need to get a computer an photo shop LMAO.
