Well replaced the VSS, and it still didnt work. Rechecked all the Fuses, where is this "breaker"?

Logic in the computer somewhere. Resets itself when u turn the truck off.

we don't have breaker's.... we have fuse's and relays.... some are under the hood and some are under the dash.... I thought you said you checked the fuses....

To keep an eye on the fuse replace it with a new led fuse. When it blows it glows and you knows. 55 cents apiece locally.

I did check all the fuses. My test light is my hero as me and electronical dont get along.

SR gates in the computer. Act as breakers. Anytime the computer itself detects an amperage change it can automatically kill the output from reading a monitoring circuit. Functions as a breaker but its really just something written into the code. Its standard on all computers, just good preventive programming.
