So this weekend i decided to tackle painting my grill and lower valance on my front end. taking it apart was a fairly easy. now just hoping it will turn out well. also i plan on taking off the pinstripping. what is the best way to do that anyone? thanks

 

so today my weekend project went on. i got the grill, lower valance and pinstripping taken off. looks prety good. will post up some pics. anyone know where i get get a blacked out emblem for my grill. not digging the blue now...

 

so these pics are when i did the pinstripping and the 4x4 decals. it was real easy, just peeled off and then had to use some goof off to remove the residue.

 

these are the finished product from painting them. i really like em. not so faded grey haha

all finished with the front end. got the grill and bumper put back on and the pinstriping and 4x4 decals taken off. now next weekend planning on painting my fender flares to match the grill and vallance. what u guys think?

I think the flares look a lot cleaner red than black. Have you thought about getting some lightning headlights for it?? I think they would look with your truck.

 

Looks great! I've been debating about painting my lower valence black when I paint my grill. I may have just made up my mind! I like the look.

 

Yeah I'm actually looking into the black ones. I really like the look of em too.
