So do the service people look anything like their customers?

classic pic.

Napa fixed my truck 68 and change. Talking with walmart's ins. company. Napa said they had to remove the exhaust manifold to get it to fit properly. Don't know about that one but it's fixed with no exhaust leak. I'll be happy when I get my money back and still needs an oil change

Well seeing that I am from a quick lube, Valvoline Instant Oil Change to be exact, I wouldn't bring my vehicle to Walmart to be serviced in the first place. If you brought it to one of our locations and that happened, it wouldn't in the first place, but we would fix it to no charge to you. Next time you need an oil change call 1800 FASTCHANGE for one of our locations nearest to you. I've only heard bad things about Walmart.

My landlord is the same way about changing oil, so I do it in front of the house on the street by the sidewalk. I'd hide in the garage and do it but my truck doesn't fit (roof hits the door opening LOL).

First mistake was going to Walmart with the expectation that a child could do the work.

Second mistake was actually giving the vehicle to the Walmart service department.

Walmart is a disaster. I dont set foot in that place no matter the city or state i'm in. Just looking in the parking lot tells me enough about the customer and employee base.

Yeah unfortunately Wal-Mart has alot of down sides but at the same time it does have alot of pluses. Other then the China made crap wal mart does help a lot of businesses that otherwise wouldn't have nearly the sales if it wasn't for them. Where I work that is like 85% of all of our business so I can't hate them to much or I might be out of a job lol!
