What can I do to make my truck look and run better? It's an 03 xlt with 4.6 V8 with 96,XXX miles on it? I've already got a dual exhaust with flowmaster 40 series mufflers already. What are your opinions on it?

Thanks man! I just changed the cv shaft on the passenger side earlier. It's got a dent under the passenger tail light and some rust starting on the driver bedside

Thanks man! I'd really like to put a superduty tailgate that has the step on my truck. I've got a bad back and I think it would help me out. I do like the superduty tail lights on our trucks
