**Update** Misfire issue
Okay so today I decided to test the injectors by pulling each plug while the truck was running to see it I could narrow down the misfire issue Ive been at ends with for the last few weeks. As I am pulling them all seem fine, UNTIL I get to #7 (which was one of my misfiring cylinders). I pull the plug and no change in idle, so I rev it and no change in performance whatsoever. Plug it back in nothing. Ive at least found part of my culprit. I also unplugged the rear pass side O2 sensor to see if that helped any and it seems to run smoother but this misfire is still there. Going tomorrow night to pick up another set of injectors to put in and hopefully get this thing drivable again. Ive parked it as of lately so I dont get any more issues arising from this misfire.
I will kepp updating this since everyone else either sells their truck or buys a new one instead of figuring out the issue.

Disconnecting the injector can isolate the cyl. misfire but doesn't necessarily indicate a bad injector. Even if you have a bad COP or plug, disconnecting the injector will do pretty much the same as disconnecting the COP ir ign wire. You can try switching the COP, plug or injector with one from another cyl (one that's not misfiring) to see if the miss changes to that cylinder-thereby determining which component is causing the miss.

Ok after swapping injectors and new plugs along with new intake manifold gaskets (due to finding a vacuum leak in the #1 runner mating surface) I got it buttoned up and started up. No codes until driving it for 25 miles. Then the flashing CEL came on.... UGGGHHH!! It still had less power on acceleration and a sputter until a certain RPM. Took it to a buddies shop and he pulled the single code it was throwing, which was a misfire cyl 7. I pulled the wire and tested it again, looked at the plug and tested it, then stepped 1 step further and pulled the Valve Cover to see if anything happened under there, which proved nothing. I was actually hoping something would be broke/damaged to point me in the correct direction. No avail. I tried a compression test but I was unable to get the end threaded in due to the deep plug wells and the rubber hose on the tester.
I shot some pics of the springs and "rockers" since I have the valve cover off:
