Unknown wiring harness
Hi im new here and i will be coming here for question and cooll things i can do with my first truck ( 1997 F150 XLT Scab lwb )
So i was doing body work on my truck when i came across an unkown wire connector behind the front bumper

Its not for fog lights because i have located those and they are only 2 pronged.
It has like 4 or 5 wires going to it and its capped off.

Any ideas?

so if i wanted to have daytime running lights all i would need is what ever plugs into that, where could i find this part? I plan on installing fog lights as well and was happy to see the harness was there.
I think its for your Day time running lights. Put there because Canadian and Alaskan vehicles required to have DRLs. Its cheaper to create a universal harness than more than one variation. You can look at a junkyard for the module.

Where was the fog light wires tucked? I wan't to add fogs to my 99. The headlight switch has the fog position on it.
