Default Ummm...

To seems like my truck loses power at operating temp, but when it's cold it has plenty of power, 97 f150 4.6l v8, any ideals what's wrong?

It could be a fuel issue. I'm guessing there is no cel light on and all gauges read normal?

i go have a cel light, and I get a bad o2 sensor reading

What does it say exactly? Lean, rich, or faulty o2?

i can't remember if was lean or rich, it was one of them, but it somthing about the o2 sensor having low power

First thing I'd do is check the fuel pressure. Has the fuel filter been replaced lately?

i have good fuel pressure and it holds, I've never replaced fuel filter, had truck for 4 years

It could be a number of things, and I don't wanna just say throw parts at it. Could be a spark issue, iat sensor reading high, clogged cat, bad maf, tps, etc. I'd put a scan tool on it and see what readings are off.
