Tune up - Recommendations

What would you do for a 100k mile tune up?
Already did plugs, wire, coil packs, fuel filter, fuel injector clean

Depends... what exactly did you put in it (brands)? 4.2 or 4.6?

all motorcraft. 4.6 4x4

Perfect. Then only other things I'd recommend is a coolant change, brake fluid flush, trans / xcase fluid change, and diff oil change.

Do you know your model year ? If not look in your door jam.

It must be between 97 -2000 if it's a 4six that uses coil packs...

correct it’s a 99 model year. 1 coil pack per bank

Good! Then I suggest a Motorcraft PCV valve (so it doesn't start using oil) and WIX filters.

Expedition/7700 brake swap...so it stops when it should.
