Will castrol mercon 5 be ok? Autozone does not carry motocraft mercon 5.

Any Merc V will be fine. I use the stuff from Wal Mart.

Alright guys so far I have great news I changed my transmission fluid and filter. I added a full bottle of Lucas along with the transmission fluid and I drove it for about an hour at highway speed. So far i also changed my oil while I was under there and I must say it drives like a new truck. Call me crazy but it seems I have gained some more power to the truck.
