yea yea I know use the search tool but its not workin so don't tell me lol. anyways im looking at getting the 285/70/17 guard dog M/T's for my 03 screw fx4, tbars cranked an 2" blocks in the back ( https://www.treadwright.com/p-96-285...dog-m-t-e.aspx ). was wondering how bad the road noise was, heard they were kinda loud from 20-25 an up. also what have you guys that have them like/dislike about them and please feel free to upload your pictures of them on your truck! and if the guard dogs have to much road noise I will probably get the warden A/T's, thanks for any input guys!!

From the research I've done on them they aren't as loud as mud terrains. I've hears them described more than one time as a really aggressive all terrain tire.

A buddy of mine that I work with has the mud terrains and they are loud. But he has put close to 30k miles on them with city, highway and offroad driving and honestly they look brand new. Definitely worth the money and some of the best re-treaded tires on the market period.

I'm also going with the guard dog 285s when my bonus comes in. With the cost being almost half the price of any other comparable tire that size you can NOT beat them.

Just make sure you have a legitimate business like discount tire or someone like that balence them because sometimes they can be a little difficult to get where they need to be.

Good luck man, make sure to post up some pics when you get them!
