Transmission shuddering during acceleration
As title says, it feels like my transmission is shuddering during acceleration. The guy I bought the truck from said he had never had the transmission opened up or serviced. The truck has 201,500 miles on it and he owned it for about 150,000 of those.
Would changing the filter and replacing the lost fluid with new fluid cause damage to this transmission. or cause it to **** the bed in a few thousand miles because it's lost the schmoo between the clutches that's allowed it to stay functioning. I am not looking to flush the transmission. I'm not sure how much of the debris between the clutches i would lose by just changing the filter and letting gravity drain the fluid out.

I can't recall rpm off the top of my head. But it's usually during hard acceleration. I can coast without issue, but when I go to accelerate it starts soft and the harder I accelerate the harder it jerks. It isn't as bad if I turn off OD but its still very slight.
I've also felt it shift funny between 3-4 gear. At highway speeds it feels like it down shifts a little hard. But I've only had it on the highway once.

Brand new. Just rebuilt the injectors. Has a few new sensors on the engine. And I just swapped over to an aluminum intake off an expedition. Had a misfire on cylinder 3 code. Attributed it to the vacuum issues though. Maybe I was wrong. I assumed the jerking was part of a vacuum issue. I just did the swap yesterday though so maybe I just need to drive it some more
Motorcraft. I forget the exact grade. But they were the oem replacement. Theyre gapped correctly, too. It's happened for maybe two months now? But that's also how long I've had the truck. The issue has been intermittent, there was a few days when it didn't do it, then started again.
I thought the vacuum leak i was chasing was the cause. Its not my daily driver, I've parked it as to not cause any excessive damage.
