Default Transmission Question!

Is there a way to turn the F150 hydro. clutch system over to a cable clutch on the year 1997-2003?

No. M5R2s were only ever hydro setups. This is coming from a guy who is only getting about 55,000 miles out of slave cylinders.

So far Phoenix friction has the cheapest hydraulic components I've found so far. I picked up a slave for $50 from them about a month ago, unfortunately the day after I ordered it the slave i the truck blew and I had to take it to a shop and pay for another to get if fixed since I needed the truck the day before the slave was supposed to come in.

Take it from both me and my grandfather (he had a 95 back in the late 90's)...replace the slave whenever the transmission is out.
