This should be an easy one. Did ford put Borg Warner transfer cases in our trucks stock? Was rolling under the truck inspecting the 4x4 and saw Borg Warner on the case.

Probly not. It was a work truck and all I know is it had regular oil changes every 5,000. I'm pretty sure the rear axle has been changed out so maybe they changed fluids when they did that.

 

Not hard at all to drain and fill...

 

Yah. I'm going to get to it this week befor I go to the snow.

 

Changed front diff fluid. Came out milky white so I'm probly going to change it again in a week or too. Still wont engage 4. My dad thing I shud get it in dirt and use it in 4 a bit. We also checked to see if front driveline would spin when engaging 4 and it does. So last would be vacumm lines. I do know they are brittle.
