Default Trans problems

My truck has been running wonderful but all the sudden wouldn't go into gear without giving gas now won't move but when I could get it going ran awesome on hiway no problems at all could it be my tourque converter

Could be. It could just be low on fluid. Check it warm with the engine running.

I did and I also put some trans conditioner in also then it took off ran good so I came back he shut it off tried to leave again and nothing

If reverse from a stop is normal then it's not your torque converter because it would effect reversing the same as forward gear. If the delay is only in forward you have a different problem.

The problem is either in the shift linkage being misaligned so that the trans isn't put totally in drive which will make it not shift into forward correctly. Try low gear and see how it works and check out the shift cable and TR sensor and make sure they look ok. You also need to know if your fluid pressure is ok. Chances are it is because your reverse still works fine but it could be just low enough to effect drive and not reverse or something. If it's not your shift cable, TR sensor or fluid it is something internal to the trans.

Haha It's fine, that's the plug that goes in the bottom of the dipstick tube at the factory that gets pushed down through when they install the dipstick. The laugh is just cause I remember the first time I dropped a pan and saw that thing and was like WTF!?
