Default Tramlining issues

I have a question. I have a 2001 ford f150 xlt the issue is that it continously tramlines. I have had both suspension and steering checked. My question is could it be a issue with the wheel hub and bearing assembly. The reason I asked is because there is no noise or vibration coming from the bearings.

I have had the alignment checked they set the toe to 4 which seemed to help a little but the issue is still there

If your ball joints checked out, the next thing I'd suspect is your tires. Any cracks, uneven wear, etc.?

ball joints, control arms and shocks are new and the tires are about 4 months old. I thought it was originally the tire so I had them put new tire on.
