Default What bracket am I missing here?

I just recently got this truck. Anyone know exactly what is missing here? I know there should be a bracket that mounts to the firewall that holds the connectors on the wire harness, but I'm not sure what it is called or a part number to buy another. I'm concerned a zip tie holding the wires like this could lead to problems down the road.

Part No: SALV - AGEYA - RD

Look for a 1999 - 03 and 04 OBS models. The V8's all use the same bracket there. 97/98's are different.

Take a 8mm/5/16 with yuh ...and a small flat head screwdriver.

It's a bracket, maniac posted it above.
