umm if im not mistaken real locomotive horns are a federal offense to use on vechiles, am i wrong?

because they are so loud, i thought you could only by air horns, train horns made for autos
could be wrong tho ??

Train horns are illegal, but so is gutting the cats and countless other things we do to our trucks

hahaah very true, but i have train horns that were made for cars an trucks but i mean like legit train horns off a train, but anyways theyre illegal lol regaurdless

What I have seen before though, was the person installed a 3 was switch, stock horn on 1 side and the train horn on the other side

All I want to know is what types of horns you guys are running. I want the loudest damn horn I can illegally put on my truck

this is how im wiring mine, use an spdt on-on switch and have the stock horns on the bottom an air horns on top so i can still use the steering wheel button but switch between the 2
