Default trailer plug Corrosion

My trailer light connector ( the 4 way one ) has corrosion in it how do i clean it?

Replace it much easier than cleaning

Not when there's one with corrosion not all four plus it's cheaper..

I just had the same problem. The brown wire on the 4 plug connection was solid green. I just blasted it with PB blaster, and used a wood screw to ream it out. Works fine now.

mine works fine just want to clean it up.

Pick up some electrical contact cleaner. then WD40 to protect it
(Will work ) WD40, a LITTLE brake clean, PB blaster, MAF cleaner
