ok that info is always important to give in the first post but glad we got there. as for adjusting not that im aware of but what you might try is disconect the batt for atleast 30 mins let the both terminals on the truck touch to distcharge any remaining juice in the system that will reset the computer. this is an important step when replacing any sensor on the truck. also make sure the conector is clean and has good connection to the sensor.

x2 on disconnecting the battery. Also i've had those cheap tps be bad right away. Replaced with a motorcraft and everything was fine.
