Default Tonneau covers

Just purchased 2003 f150 supercab. Trying to wade through all the tonneau cover options. Can't decide on on either a hard top, roll and lock retractable or a flip back cover. Any suggestion or experience with any of these types of covers?

the hard covers are nice lookin on some trucks, but they only lift up so high so if you wanna haul something big it sucks. definitely dont get the snap buttons one. i had one of those and theyre just a big pain in the ***.

I would go for the hard top type.
I think they look great and they work well too and don't leak.
I heard they increase gas mileage because they reduce the parachute effect of the tailgate but who knows?

i have a hard top and love it, it is the *******'s one that clamps on, there is no drilling and they do come off real easy, i have also heard it increases gas mileage but if it does its unnoticeable

i quad and snowmobile...on my old truck i always hated the hard top tonneau...but when i picked up my 150 i put the roll up one on right away. i have not noticed any difference in fuel economy. the only gains you will get are at highway speeds. my buddy took his cover off and actually gained economy....he also calculates every fill up when experementing. same driving style everytime. mine honestly did not make a difference. go for the roll up. cheaper too and looks good.
