Yes for sure you can run 12.50s on the stock 7.5 wides.

But will 305"s look good? What size width then 70? 75?

If it is a 16" rim than you want a 305/70/16 and it will look good and have a shorter, wider footprint than a 285/75/16 or 285/70/17

My rims are 17". So which size 33/12. 50/17? 35/12. 50/17 or 305 or 315? Anyone got pics?

What gearing do you have in the rear end? That's the bigger question. If you have 3.55 gearing and you don't want to re-gear to 3.73 or higher then stick with 33's. Anything bigger and you'll need to re-gear, unless you don't care about power loss.

17's: so stick with 33x12.5's, or 285/70/17's
