Default Tire size help

I have a stock 2000 F150 2wd V6 XLT, I have not been able to find a straight forward answer on the biggest tires I can run without rubbing, I want to run 285/75/16, would I be safe with this?

Try going to a Tire Shop and ask them. They can show you different tires and you can chose which you think look the best.

Yeah I've been asking the same question. I've got a 99 4X4 and want to put 285 75s on it but don't want to spend all that money on tires then have to scrounge up extra money to lift it or fix rubbing issues.
