Question tire issue..

i just did a 2 inch suspension lift to my truck with torsion keys blocks and 4wheel shocks. i have fx4 rims and was wondering how big of a tire i can run... i know someone with the same lift running 285 70 r 17s...(33s) but not 33x12.5... in order for me to have 33s like that it would b 315 70 17.. im just not sure if im gonna have a rubbing issue or not...the kit said i can run 33s.... just never said how wide

Just remember if ya go that big, you will have significant drops in RPM's with that big of tire. I just got 285/70/R17's on my truck. Cruising at 60, it runs about 13-1400 RPM, at 70, it's like 1600, and take about 85 MPH to run 2000 rpm. Therefore it will be kicking down a lot with stock gears....just something to think about...
