i believe it goes between the throttle body and the intake. ask around about spacers though. I've heard many people say they're useless paper weights, might be a waste of $70.

It would go between the throttle body and intake.

It might add a slight whistling sound to your engine but that's all. It's not going to add power at all.

This style is correct, like chevrolet t/b(helix) or any carborator with a spacer.

Think of our t/b as a an old school carb. it's were the air comes in. so your gonna space it away from the motor.

flipped upside down just to show you it's tapped.

This style t/b does not work! Their mounted like this;

But with that being said, the only reason to get a new school one is for nitrous or meth.

I was about to say if they mount to the actual throttle (pic 2) then I would have way too much slack on my throttle cable and I already have slack.

So the reason I want one is to space it from the manifold to get rid of the slack on the cable.

I'm not looking to gain power from it I am looking to use it to space the throttle body so I don't have slack on my throttle cable.

I've driven friends trucks with TB spacers and they feel no different than stock. Yet when people put them on they claim all kinds of difference, according to their precision correct butt dyno.
