I asked this ? A while back and the general concensus is that a larger throttle body is useless unless you have upper end engine work done.

Ive had my BBK 75mm TB for months, still havnt installed it. The mod bug had a hold of me so I bought it because I literally couldnt stop buying parts. Im gonna go ahead and install it soon, Im not expecting much... better than a TB Spacer I guess...

You'll probably feel quicker throttle response but not better mileage.

Haha not at all, just positions your intake different. Unless you have nitrous or meth going to it, don't bother with it.

Got a BBK sticker with mine, so I got that going for me ...

Honestly most these bolt ons seem to be a huge waste of money with the exception of headers and exhaust. I was gonna get the underdrive pulleys but im done spending money on these useless bolt ons. I may do the Efans down the road and a gear swap to 3.73 and call it a truck. Supercharger would be nice but not on a truck with 120,000 miles.
