Thinking v2
Looking around I don't find any available at online places anyway.

I know they're UL and all, I'm just surprised that they're acceptable. I'm thankful they exist, though, as I need to move a switch/GFCI in my bathroom, and there's no access above or below to pull new cables. A local electrical supply house in COS has them, so I'll pick up a couple there. $25 each? Ouch.
You had to have a junction box with an accessible cover. If these weren't available, I would remove the existing box and install a new junction box to the left of it about 3 in, which would put it behind the mirror. Because the mirror is removable, the wiring would be "accessible." If the wires are actually long enough, I may still do that and save myself $75+.
You could recess a JB, piece in drywall then mud it up w/plus 3 (easy to work with)...make it disappear completely. Doesn't really require access unless you want one.
Then get someone to paint it lol.
BTW any elec supply will have the skinny in wall junction boxes. Cheap metal type boxes that hide in wall.
